Enn Kaup is a senior lake researcher at the Institute of Geology at Tallinn University of Technology. He is head of the radiocarbon dating laboratory and also a board member of the Estonian Polar Foundation. His current projects include the application of isotopic and geochemical indicators in global climate and environmental change studies. After fieldwork on Antarctic lakes during eight expeditions, he is currently doing lake research in Finnish Lapland.
